The Zephyr III mobile extraction unit from Camfil is engineered specifically for manual metalworking applications like welding, grinding and polishing as a robust plug-and-play solution that efficiently captures dry airborne pollutants directly at the source.

Delivering an air volume of 1200 m³/h, the Zephyr III is designed to manage light to medium dust loads. It features an advanced three-stage filtration system that protects workers and streamlines environmental compliance reporting. Operational flexibility is maximised through a comprehensive 3 m extraction arm and easy 360° capture hood positioning, allowing a work team to pinpoint extraction exactly where it is needed. Large wheels equipped with swivels and brakes allow mobility around a facility floor, adapting to changing daily workflows.

Built for demanding industrial environments, the unit has a durable powder-coated metal construction. Maintenance is simplified with a manually activated, venturi-assisted pulse cleaning system and a roll-out dust drawer. The motor starter switch includes thermal overload protection.
