Unitronics’ Vision 130 is a ¼ DIN, all-in-one PLC and HMI equipped with optional ethernet, improved processor and diverse I/O options.

Including six different models and adaptable to most TCP/IP/serial protocol, the Vision 130 offers communication features such as ethernet connection via TCP/IP, GSM/SMS/GPRS, MODBUS, CANopen and UniCAN, and also includes free remote access utilities.

With up to 24 PID loops with auto-tune, this high-speed PLC has 512 K logic memory and a scan time of 20 µs per 1 K in typical applications. It also allows up to 38 onboard digital and analog I/Os that can expand up to 166, and includes digital and analog I/Os, temperature measurement and load cell inputs, plus recipe programming via 120 KB of internal data logging.

The Vision 130’s fully functioning HMI features a 2.4" graphic display, capable of supporting 256 K of application memory for images, and 128 K for fonts at about 500 images and 1024 displays per application. Twenty programmable keys allow 10 user-labelling options for customer logos and numeric keys. Enhanced programming features include trending, built-in alarm screens and snap HMI language support.

These combinations of features enable engineers and systems designers to benefit from a powerful upgraded PLC and graphic, user-friendly HMI within a bare minimum of budget, cabinet space and wiring.
