SMC has introduced the series LLB Clean Air Module to modularise the components necessary for the preparation and control of the air supply, pressure and flow to a machine or control system where space is at a premium.
Assembled in a clean room environment, this modular system can contain digital flow measurement, an air pressure regulator, a pressure service connection port, an air shut-off valve, an air flow regulating valve, plus a 0.01 µm filter. These elements can be combined in any combination. The system is available in two body sizes to suit most control applications.
