K-One Fluid Power has been appointed Australian distributor for AMCA Hydraulic Fluid Power and its APV range of hydraulic proportional control valves.

AMCA has been producing hydraulic proportional control valves for almost half a century. Its proportional control load sense valves are used in many mobile and offshore applications.

These valves combine well with the Kawasaki K3VL range of pumps.

In the last few years, AMCA has designed the APV-16 and -22 load independent proportional control valves.

Features of the APV range include:

  • modular assembly system, suitable for a build-system;
  • maximum operating pressure 420 bar;
  • different spool types up to 120 L/min APV-16 and 330 L/min APV-22, in combination with simultaneously control;
  • compact sandwich design, suitable for mobile applications;
  • several inlet plate types available for different types of pump;
  • operating control in any combination (electrical, manual and hydraulic);
  • several user relief options as primary, shock, suction and remote control functions; and
  • one full flat surface for mounting in any position.
