A VIP visit at Grundfos Australia

On Wednesday 11 February, Grundfos Pumps Australia Head Office, based in Adelaide, was visited by Søren Ø Sørensen, Grundfos’s Group Executive Vice-President, and Carsten Andersen, Chairman of Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd Board of Directors.

Sørensen shared some of the aspirations that the Grundfos Group have for Grundfos Australia, and urged all employees to see past the uncertain conditions and into the future. He continued, “Although we are not immune to the economic conditions, Grundfos will continue as a stable and independent entity, and we must all look for innovative ways to keep forging ahead.”

Sørensen, Andersen and the Management Group were taken on a tour of the facilities that went through the various functional areas of the facilities, including administration, production, assembly, engineering, receiving, dispatch and service.

Sørensen departed Adelaide on 12 February to officially open the new Victorian/Tasmanian state office.
