Printing technology distribution deal

An extended 10-year agreement has been signed by Matthews Intelligent Identification for the distribution of Linx Printing Technologies' ink jet and thermal product range in Australia.

UK-based Linx manufactures coding and marking solutions for date and batch coding of products and packaging. Matthews' customer base for Linx products in Australia spans a range of manufacturing sectors, from FMCG through to heavy industrial.

"Linx's versatility and robustness, combined with our local integration capability and national technical resources, suit the printers to a wide range of coding applications," Matthews CEO, Lester Nichol said.

Matthews has held the exclusive Australian distributorship for Linx product lines for the past 19 years.
