The Camfil Gold Series GSX dust collector system is designed to effectively handle a wide range of harmful and combustible dusts, smoke and fumes, including fine, fibrous and heavy dust loads. Its design maintains a low pressure drop, delivering maximum airflow and dust processing power within a compact footprint.

GSX uses crossflow technology and a baffle configuration designed to create uniform airflow, extending filter life and reducing the frequency of replacements, lowering total cost of ownership. Camfil says the system exceeds the strictest factory indoor air quality requirements and, when equipped with a Camfil explosion vent, provides combustible dust explosion protection in compliance with ATEX and NFPA standards.

GSX modules are highly customisable, with each module accommodating airflows up to 10,000 m³/h. This allows near-limitless configurations to suit the workspace, providing fast delivery of a system optimised for the application. Suitable for metalworking, pharmaceuticals, mining, food and beverage, and chemical processes, GSX adapts to diverse industrial environments.

GSX cartridges feature HemiPleat Gold Cone filters, which Camfil says will stay cleaner and last longer than conventional pleated filters. The open-bottomed Gold Cone inner pleat pack expands usable media surface area, exposing more filter media to the airstream for higher dust loading and efficient pulse-cleaning. More filter media fits within the same footprint, giving higher performance without increasing space requirements.
