The Realcold Millers Mechanical 3D-Veyor Bi-Planer Chain Conveyor systems are especially suitable for the food processing industry and have applications in many other areas requiring conveying systems.
The bi-planar chain is a solution when building constraints and production requirements do not allow use of uni-planer conveyors. The system has undergone many improvements including changes to the riveting of bearings into the link. This change is as a result of ongoing product improvement program and is claimed will result in longer and more trouble-free chain life.
The 3D-Veyor is a precision chain which utilises air space. It features modular construction, quiet operation, flexible production layouts, enclosed track and a low friction factor.
The system is robust and reliable. It allows for maximum use of floor area and reduced installation cost and time frame. The 3D-Veyor is user friendly, fits into existing structures as well as new facilities, prevents contamination from contacting product and reduces power usage.
