The LEO 3 digital manometer, from Keller, is a microprocessor-based transmitter with digital double display for pressure (top display) and for the output signal (bottom display). The display is powered from the 4-20 mA current loop.
The pressure sensor is bus-capable and also programmable. Programming can be performed via the keys on the front face of the pressure transmitter, or via PC. Communication with the bus-capable digital manometer takes place with the Keller software and a converter (such as the K104B or K107) via the RS-485 interface, allowing the pressure values and instrument characteristics to be read. The analog output can be programmed without applying pressure to the instrument.
This digital manometer measures in pressure ranges from 4 to 1000 bar. Accuracy is \<0.1% full scale in the compensated temperature range of 0-50 °C and the unit is protected to a rating of IP65.
The maximum and minimum values attained by this pressure transmitter are recorded and can be shown on the display at any time with the touch of a button. The displayed values are updated twice per second, although the manometer measures up to 90 times per second. The maximum and minimum values can also be reset at any time, and the zero point can be set and restored as well. The displayed reading on the digital manometer can be shown in various units.
