Keller AG has introduced the high-accuracy LEO 2 digital manometer, designed to handle demanding monitoring tasks in the plant and machinery manufacturing sector.

In the compensated temperature range of 0-50   °C, this microprocessor controlled instrument measures twice a second with a typical overall accuracy of 0.1% FS. The dual digital display shows the measured value and the minimum or maximum value attained so far.

Two keys give the operator access to the microprocessor-based functionality of the LEO 2 digital manometer. As well as a choice of five different units of measurement, the stored max/min can be erased and reset to zero and the device can be switched to normal/continuous operating mode. In continuous operating mode, the battery has a capacity of up to 1400 h. In normal operating mode, the LEO 2 digital manometer has a standard automatic switch-off time of 15 minutes after the last key was pressed. This function extends the battery life when continuous operation is not required. As a special feature, the ‘zero’ function allows the operator to set a zero reference for any pressure.

This digital manometer is available in four measurement ranges between -1 and 700 bar. Already rated to IP65, the optional protective cover allows the LEO 2 to operate reliably outdoors in all weather conditions. The standard delivery includes a swivel pressure connection which optimises readout alignment during operation.
