The HMG 3000 and HMG 510 data recorders are mobile, high-performance data loggers that, through the use of automatic adjustment procedures, a simple operator menu and numerous functions, enables the user to efficiently take measurements and identify problems. The recorders are suitable for use in service, maintenance or commissioning applications.

In addition to the measured variables of pressure, temperature and flow rate which are standard to mobile hydraulics, there is also the option of connecting what are known as Hydac Smart sensors (which can provide several different measurements). To complement the analog inputs, the HMG 3000 has additional inputs for extended voltage measurement, as well as having digital inputs, eg, for frequency or rpm measurements.

The recorders feature quick and independent basic setting of instruments through the use of automatic sensor recognition and a PC connection.
