Futek LLB400 miniature load button load cell

Futek Advanced Sensor Technology has released the LLB400 miniature load button load cell with improved overall accuracy. The load cell has a high accuracy with a deflection of 38 µm nominal and an operating temperature of -50 to 93°C.

The miniature load cell uses metal foil strain gauge technology and now has an improved nonlinearity of ±0.15% - down from ±0.5%. With this improvement not only is the sensor more accurate but non repeatability has also improved from ±0.1 to ±0.05% on model capacities ranging from 45 to 900 kg.

The LLB400 is a low-profile load button load cell with threaded mounting holes. It can be used in press or inline compression applications. The standard LLB400 load button load cell model has a very robust construction available in 17-4 stainless steel, with a 32 mm outside diameter and a 3 m long 26 AWG 4-conductor shielded Teflon cable.
