Endress+Hauser Liquistation CSF48 and Liquiport CSP44 samplers
The Liquistation CSF48 sampler and its portable version, the Liquiport CSP44, are designed for fully automated sampling of liquid media. They fulfil all international standards and legislation on water sampling while providing flexibility for different water applications including laboratory, sewage treatment and industrial processes.
Based on the Endress+Hauser Memosens platform, the samplers have two standard measuring channels and expansion slots. This allows for simultaneous online measurement of various parameters such as pH, ORP, turbidity, conductivity, nitrate and dissolved oxygen. Event-controlled sampling is also available.
The sampling programs of the Liquistation and the Liquiport provide flexibility and cater to many requirements - starting at the ‘Basic’ program with just five inputs and ranging up to the ‘Standard’ and ‘Advanced’ programs where up to 24 sub-programs can be linked to each other.
The four available housings in stainless steel or plastic have two separately lockable doors with no screws on the outside. Power is low-voltage 24 VDC reducing the possibility of sparking within the housing and an optional buffer battery ensures failsafe operation in the event of power failure.
Samples can be collected via vacuum or peristaltic pump and the systems are easy to clean and disassemble for reduced maintenance costs. The split bottle tray design makes sample transport to the laboratory easy and allows for simultaneous use of individual bottles and containers (both PE and glass) in one device.
