Electromagnetic flowmeter

The MagneW 3000 Hyper-Fill was developed for high-speed batching and filling machine operations. Hyper-Fill is a magnetic flowmeter optimised for the sophisticated measurement demands found in these industries. Repeatable measurements are produced using this technology.

The flowmeter is used for filling machines with cans, bottles, barrels and other items that require high-speed filling and batching applications.

The Hyper-Fill offers repeatable measurement technology that satisfies high-speed filling applications. The flowmeter uses a four-in-one design. This means that up to four detectors and converters can use one power supply. This means that there is a decrease in space requirements and minimised wiring cost and simplified installation.

Detectors are quick-connect waterproof cable connectors to simplify installation and maintenance. The detectors are compact in design, a distinct advantage for customers with multiple-head filling machines.
