ProSens is a triboelectric dust monitoring and measuring system. It detects solid particles in a gas flow. The particle sizes must be 0.3 microns or larger.
Its measuring range is from 0.1 mg/m3–1000.0 g/m3 with a minimum gas velocity of 4 m/s. The maximum working pressure is 200 kPa and the working temperature is 100°C. However, as an option, the working temperature can be increased to 300°C. The stainless steel sensor rod length is standard at 500 mm. The power supply is 240 VAC. The outputs provided are 4-20 mA analog and relay and the system has an automatic set-up function. With this function ProSens can adjust to normal dust conditions. The housing is constructed from aluminium and has a rating of IP65. The outputs can be used for trend monitoring and emission measurement.
