WIKA sterile-use IPT-1X series and DPT-10 pressure transmitters

The IPT-1X process pressure transmitters and the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitters are available with housings in electropolished stainless steel in combination with sterile process connections.

With the model IPT-11 flush diaphragm process transmitters, which are available with fully welded metallic measuring cells as well as with dry ceramic measuring cells, a large number of directly mounted hygienic process connections can be selected.

The model IPT-10 process transmitters and the model DPT-10 differential pressure transmitters can be used in combination with diaphragm seals or diaphragm inline seals. The connection to the diaphragm seals can be made directly or via a capillary extension.

As a result of the wide choice of aseptic connections such as clamp, threaded pipe connection or aseptic connection to DIN 11864, in conjunction with housings in electropolished stainless steel with an ingress protection of IP66/IP67, the measuring assemblies fulfil the demands of sterile process technology.

Typical applications for the IPT-1X series are pressure measurements in pipelines and level measurement in sterile vessels. Instruments from the DPT-10 series are particularly suited to level measurement in pressure blanketed sterile tanks as well as for the monitoring of sterile filters.
