Through the extension of the temperature range to 450°C and the higher chemical resistance of the antennas, the VEGAPULS range of radar sensors has a much wider range of application. Additional housing versions, an optimised connection concept and simplified operation with clear adjustment parameters make set-up and commissioning easier.
As a result of more powerful electronics, these radar sensors are now better adapted to the requirements of the many different applications and industries.
Faster microprocessors provide more power for signal analysis and enable complex processing algorithms. Modern electronic components allow a better differentiation between product level and vessel installations. Due to the faster signal processing, the sensors are able to follow quick level changes. This better accommodates smaller vessels with shorter filling and emptying cycles.
