PosiTector 200 Series ultrasonic coating thickness gauges
The PosiTector 200 Series ultrasonic coating thickness gauge non-destructively measures single- or multiple-layer coating thickness on a variety of applications over wood, concrete, plastics and composites using ultrasound technology. It is available to rent.
It is suitable for harsh, noisy environments with its shock-absorbing, protective rubber holster with belt clip and bi-colour indicator light, and is solvent, acid, oil, water and dust resistant.
The Type B probe has a range of 13-1000 µm for wood, plastic and composites, while the Type C probe has a range of 50-3800 µm for coatings on concrete and fibreglass graphic readout for detailed analysis of the coating system
