NOHKEN CG300 capacitance level sensor

The NOHKEN CG300 series capacitance level sensors are designed for liquid level detection and measurement, offering an accuracy of ±0.5% FS and an operating temperature range of -20 to 60°C (or -20 to 150°C with a heat-proof option). With a maximum operating pressure of 100 kPa and IP68 (electrode) and IP65 (housing) protection, the CG series has four models to meet individual requirements.

The zero and span points of the CG300 series level sensors are set by one push-button, making adjustment easy when the medium changes inside the tank. The sensitivity of the level sensor is 30-2000 pF, allowing the instrument to be used in a wide range of applications without considering changing the circuit board.

Using the principle of phase detection, the CG300 level instruments are not affected by noise or resistance build-up. The change in capacitance is detected by the frequency and phase shift and is presented as a 4-20 mA signal output.
