The EDS 3100 with IO-Link communication interface is a compact electronic pressure switch with an integrated digital display for absolute pressure measurement in the low-pressure range.
It is equipped with a switching output and an additional output that can be configured as switching (PNP) or analog (4–20 mA or 0–10 V).
The IO-Link interface (v1.1) enables bidirectional communication between the device and the control, with parameterisation and cyclic transmission of process and service data.
The pressure switch series with IO-Link has been specifically designed for connecting sensors in automation systems and has been used in machine tools, handling and assembly automation, intralogistics and packaging.
Accuracy is ±1% FS and the 4-digit digital display can be rotated in two axes for optimal alignment.
