The LAB 1400 sensors are HYDAC’s latest compact, multi-function sensors for determining the condition of fluids online. The user can be informed immediately of changes in fluid conditions, for example due to oil ageing or contamination so the problem can be resolved accordingly.
The basic device has one switching output (for warning or alarm) and one selectable analog output signal (4-20 mA or 0-10 V) from which measured values can be read out in a sequence. The measured values can also be displayed on various HYDAC display units.
As well as displaying status via LEDs, the LAB 1400 transmits analog detection of saturation level, temperature, change in conductivity and change in DC, as well as the switching output.
