The YT-2350 smart electro pneumatic positioner is housed in a Stainless Steel 316 IP66 enclosure and fits well in areas of high corrosion. It is available in both rotary and linear design. Incorporated in the design is an easy-to-see LCD offering logical auto calibration and parameter setup. The option of HART communication and 4-20 mA feedback signal are available in both the linear and rotary designs.
As in all YTC models, the pilot relay minimises costly air consumption and is less susceptible to high vibration. The positioner has adjustable variable orifices offering precise flow rate matching to low volume actuators. This reduces Hunting and overshoot problems commonly found in spool valve design positioners.
A mechanical auto/manual override switch is also offered, assisting field fault diagnosis.
Acrodyne can offer mounting kits to suit most commonly used actuators or can custom design if required.
