Parker PROmech precision linear positioner family

The PROmech family of positioners is designed for OEMs needing simple positioning solutions for instrument and light industrial applications.

The LP28 is a packaged linear positioner designed to reduce OEM component selection and system design time. The positioners minimise re-engineering requirements because the positioner’s design is already fully tested. Instead of a dozen parts, a PROmech positioner is a single piece making it easier to procure and quick to install.

PROmech features a modular design that allows for single or multi-axis systems. The leadscrew drive train provides strokes from 5 to 500 mm with a maximum speed of 375 mm/s and a normal load capacity of up to 10 kg using precision linear bearings. Repeatability is ±50 µm (bidirectional).

The PROmech is a fully assembled package with a miniature profile of 28 X 28 mm. A motor is included (NEMA 11 or 17 stepper) and there is the option of a Kevlar impregnated strip seal.
