Historical results’ logging is available for testing a new line. The logged data can be checked on a time scale in graph form and used to adjust judgment conditions, and can be saved via USB and used later for traceability.
The vision sensor allows fast and easy real-time parameter adjustment, eliminating the need to stop the machine for finetuning and optimisation of settings, resulting in zero machine downtime.
The sensor supports EtherNet/IP communication as well as TC/IP, and via serial and parallel interfaces.
