Dunkermotoren has released the BG 42, an optimised brushless DC-motor with Hall sensors and flying leads as well as the brushless DC servomotor BG 45 with integrated power and logic electronics. They provide output power up to 75 W and torque up to 16 Ncm.
The advantage of the integration of power and logic electronics into the BG 45 is the minimisation of the amount of cabling, reduction of installation space and easy installation and commissioning at the machine.
Besides, the integrated electronics take over the function of control and automation and relieve the PLC from computationally intensive automation algorithms.
