Automation and plastic injection range

Opkon Limited’s range of automation and plastics injection products is now available in Australia and New Zealand from Veederline. Opkon manufactures and globally markets industrial position/angle measurement sensors, position, temperature, weight, measuring and controlling equipment.

Opkon’s core product has traditionally been resistive linear position transducers. These position sensors are commonly applied in plastic injection machinery, textile machines, transfer and hydraulic, metal forming machines and general automation applications, and are available in ranges from 30 to 1250 mm.

In recent years, Opkon has started production of rotary magnetic encoders and linear magnetic incremental sensors (up to 20 m). They also manufacture panel-type temperature, weight and position controllers, universal counters and display equipment.

Among Opkon’s plastic injection products are hot runner nozzles, hot runner manifolds and hot runner temperature controller modules.
