AMCI NR25 series encoders with Modbus/TCP and EtherNet/IP
The AMCI NR25 series encoders now provide support for Modbus/TCP as well as EtherNet/IP. These heavy duty rotary sensors provide an overall measuring range of 16 b (single-turn resolution) plus 14 b (number of revolutions), or 30 b in total. Both single- and multiturn versions are available.
The NR25 series can be powered by PoE and have an IP67 rating. Both solid shaft and hub shaft versions are available, as well as stainless steel models.
The NR25 encoder is resolver based, meaning that it is designed to provide absolute position feedback without glass discs or sensitive LED components - enabling it to withstand high levels of shock and vibration.
