Wenglor weFlux²micro compact pressure sensor
Confined mounting spaces and compact system structures are a major challenge for the pressure measurement of liquids and gases. With a small diameter of 14 mm, the Wenglor weFlux²micro pressure sensor enables measurements at previously inaccessible locations. Pressure ranges between –1 and +25 bar can therefore be measured in hydraulic clamping systems, tight lubrication bearings or compact 3D printers.
Smaller than an AA battery, the sensor also has a small process connection with M5 thread and also 22 mm high, making it suitable for extremely tight systems. With a low weight of 13 g it can be mounted on robot arms and moving system parts.
The weFlux²micro has a response time of less than 1 ms and a measurement error of less than 0.5%, and is built in a robust 316L stainless steel housing with IP68 protection. It offers a 4–20 mA analog output, and positive-locking segmented cable compression provides additional protection in the event of mechanical tensile and rotational loads.
