Heat exchanger

The 12 m long Dimpleflo Monotube Heat Exchanger uses significantly less welds, stainless steel fittings and 180° elbows than is required by traditional 6 m heat exchangers.

The device reduces pressure loss by reducing number of bends. This leads to lower power consumption for the process, with smaller product and service fluid pumps required.

The devices feature: flexibility in heat transfer design to meet specific dimensional or functional requirements; a hygienic, self-draining design that is easy to clean; dimple profile to promote a highly turbulent flow and maximum heat transfer coefficients; and versions constructed with 2205 duplex alloys and titanium for increased corrosion resistance.
