Perfectron SR700 MIL-STD rugged fanless system

The Perfectron SR700 is a MIL-STD rugged fanless system that features an extremely rugged design, high performance and integrated MIL-STD M12 connectors. With full IP65 classification, this embedded PC is resistant to dust and water. The SR700 can operate effectively in harsh environments, as well as supporting extended temperature operation from -40 to +75°C.

The SR700 is based on the Intel Haswell QM87 chipset and is powered by an Intel Core i7-4700EQ processor. The 9-36 VDC input design can protect the system from damage caused by sudden voltage surges, thus further ensuring the reliability of its critical components and the system itself. Additionally, the SR700 can withstand vibration up to 5G_RMS and shock up to 50G, making it highly suited to all-terrain vehicle applications.

Robust and reliable M12 connectors are fitted, which provide maximum stability and protection. The M12 connectors can seal the connector areas securely allowing operation to continue uninterrupted even under the most severe conditions such as contamination, moisture and vibration.

Optional customisation is available to increase reliability in specific applications. For example, the M12 connectors can be replaced with rugged MIL-STD-D389 99 type interfaces designed for cable-to-panel I/O applications in military, aerospace and other demanding hazardous situations, and are capable of operating within a temperature range of -65 to +200°C.

As a fully integrated, tested and qualified system, the SR700 can withstand and survive in a multitude of harsh surroundings.
