Perfectron EBX SR100 rugged fanless system

The Perfectron EBX SR100 rugged fanless system is based on the Intel Haswell QM87 chipset and is powered by Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processor. The SR100 can operate effectively in harsh environments under temperature ranges from -20 to 60°C. It is based on an EBX form factor which features stackable PCIe/104 and FPE expansions, onboard Nano SATA(3.0), 16/32 GigaByte SSD and Swissbit XR-DIMM up to 8 GB. It supports three displays with two DisplayPort and one DVI-I, as well as two Gigabit LAN ports, four USB ports, a COM port and two mPCIe expansion slots. The system supports a wide power voltage of 9-36 VDC, designed for use in a range of industrial applications.

The system has soldered critical components including CPU, Nano SATA SSD and Swissbit XR-DIMM, which can enhance its capabilities for anti-shock and anti-vibration. It also complies with the MIL-STD-810G standard supporting at least 5 grms vibration and 50 g shock.

The system has an optional half 19″ rack-mount kit designed with removable handle and rubber feet on lateral sides. This design allows it to stand alone and to be carried easily by the user. In addition, unlike other 19″ deployable rack-mount kits, the SR100 can be mounted vertically or horizontally in a 19″ cabinet.
