Neousys Technology's NUVO-4000 Series fanless box PC is designed with four PCIe/PCI expansion slots. The combination of high performance, small footprint and versatility makes the NUVO-4000 not only a suitable application platform, but also a potential replacement of traditional rackmount or wall-mount industrial computers.

The embedded computer incorporates an Intel third-generation i7/i5 processor to offer high computing power, and a fanless architecture to offer reliable operation in various environments. Its two Gen2 PCI Express slots provide a total of 6 GBps of bandwidth for applications demanding high-speed data transmission. A 48 W power budget is dedicatedly supplied to the x16 PCIe slot for powering a high-wattage PCIe card. The embedded computer also has PCI slots to accommodate up to four PCI cards for general industrial automation, test and measurement applications.

The embedded computer features a small footprint for a fanless box PC with four expansion slots. It supports many I/O interfaces for communication/control purposes, and implements DVI+DVI+VGA triple independent display outputs for video/image-related applications. A smart fan is available as an optional extra for better operating reliability when high-watt cards are installed.
