iEi DRPC-W-JL fanless embedded system

The iEi DRPC-W-JL is a fanless DIN-rail embedded system powered by the Intel Celeron Quad Core N5105 processor. The system supports dual independent displays and features three 2.5 Gb Ethernet ports for connectivity.

With its compact size, the system is designed to save cabinet space while providing flexibility in I/O expansion, making it suitable for IoT applications that require scalable sensor connectivity. The enclosure is designed for 3.5″ single-board computers, allowing for customisation to meet specific requirements.

Easy assembling and maintenance are facilitated by the system’s easy-to-open bottom cover, which enables quick access to components such as M.2, HDD and memory modules. The product also supports wireless communication options, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G/LTE, for remote and mobile deployments.

Designed for rugged environments, the device operates in temperatures ranging from -20 to 60°C and is resistant to shock and vibration. The fanless system features an efficient thermal design with a pin-fin heatsink concept, improving heat dissipation and reducing weight.

Additional features include a comprehensive I/O interface and support for dual 4K displays. The system is suitable for various applications such as automation, warehouse management and industrial robotics.
