1U industrial server

The I-Server5015B-MTB is a single processor, 1U rackmount server designed with cutting-edge technology. It has a motherboard based on Intel’s 3210 chipset that supports a single Quad-Core Intel Xeon 3300/3200 Series processor or a Dual-Core Xeon E3100/3000 series processor. Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000/Q600 Series, Core 2 Duo E8000/E6000 Series as well as Pentium dual-core E2000 and Celeron 400 Series processors are also supported.

The motherboard has four 240-pin DIMM sockets that can support up to 8 GB of ECC unbuffered DDR2-800/667 SDRAM. The motherboard provides two universal PCI slots, each of which supports either one PCI-Express card or one PCI-X 133/100 MHz card. One standard size expansion card and one low-profile expansion card (with their appropriate riser cards) may be used with the server.

The Serial ATA controller incorporated into the South Bridge portion of the 3210 chipset provides a six-port 3 Gbps SATA subsystem with RAID support while the 1U chassis allows hot-swappable SATA drives to four units.

Rear I/O ports include one COM port, two USB ports, PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports, VGA port and two gigabit ethernet ports. The front I/O panel provides two USB and one COM port. The onboard ATI ES1000 graphics controller has 32 MB video memory and supports high-resolution displays.

The chassis features 4-speed controlled 40 mm cooling fans. The BIOS allows the fan speed to be determined by the system temperature to provide efficient and quiet operation. The I-Server5015B-MTB is supplied with a single 300 W power supply.
