Advantech AIMB-214 ultralow-power industrial mini-ITX motherboard

Advantech’s ultralow-power industrial mini-ITX motherboard, the AIMB-214, supports Intel Atom N2600, N2800 and D2700 dual-core processors with integrated graphics. These processors have the same performance and functionality as larger desktop computer systems, which is a suitable foundation for education, POS, kiosk or any high-intensive graphic projects.

The device comes with CompactFlash, PCI bus, six COM ports, six USB ports, 8-bit GPIO, two SATA III, optional TPM security feature, mini SATA and Mini-PCIe expansion slots which allow easy integration. A dual Intel chipset drives the dual 10/100/1000 Mbps ethernet port to deliver high-speed networking while still having power to support dual display with multiple configurations such as VGA + LVDS or VGA + eDP and LVDS.

The company provides drivers and APIs for GPIO, SMBus, watchdog timer, hardware monitor, panel backlight on/off and brightness control. All hardware drivers for all these are available supporting Windows 7, Windows 7 Embedded and Meego Linux-based open-source mobile operating systems.
