The Aplex AiTRON-810C is a compact and rugged 10.1-inch industrial HMI designed for reliable operation in automation, manufacturing and process control environments. Powered by the Intel Atom x7425E quad-core processor with integrated Intel UHD Graphics, the unit is designed to provide efficient CPU and GPU performance for visualisation and edge-ready applications within a fanless, space-saving chassis.

The system supports up to 32 GB of DDR5 memory and features an M.2 2280 M-Key slot for SATA or PCIe-based SSD storage. Integrated TPM 2.0 enhances platform security, while compatibility with Windows 10/11 IoT and Linux supports flexibility across diverse industrial software environments.

The 10.1″ TFT-LCD (1280 x 800) features a projected capacitive multi-touch display with 7H anti-scratch glass. For bright or outdoor environments, an optional 1000-nit high-brightness display is available, alongside options for optical bonding, auto-dimming, and anti-UV or AG/AR coatings to improve long-term readability.

Connectivity includes dual 2.5 GbE LAN, four USB, one HDMI 1.4, and two RS-232/422/485 serial ports. Users can further customise the I/O with additional COM or USB ports. Expansion slots support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LTE/5G modules, along with a Nano-SIM slot.

The AiTRON-810C features an IP66-rated aluminium front bezel and supports a 9–36 VDC power input. It operates in temperatures ranging from -20–60°C, and can be panel or VESA mounted, making it a versatile solution for a range of industrial applications, including smart manufacturing, machine control and industrial monitoring.
