Interworld Electronics has released the AAEON BOXER-6649-RAP, a fanless embedded computer engineered for industrial automation, machine vision, smart surveillance, transport and edge AI environments.

Powered by 13th Generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors with integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, it is designed to efficiently handle data processing, machine control and visual workloads. It supports up to 96 GB of dual-channel DDR5 SODIMM memory to provide the bandwidth necessary for real-time operations, and storage configurations include an internal 2.5″ SATA drive bay alongside an M.2 2280 M-Key (PCIe Gen 4 x4) slot for high-speed NVMe SSDs.

The system features a wide array of industrial I/O, including two HDMI 2.0 ports for dual independent displays, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 (Type-A) ports, four USB 2.0 ports, eight DIO, and two DB-9 ports for RS-232/422/485 serial communication. For networking, it provides five 2.5 GbE LAN ports, four of which support PoE PSE to power IP cameras and sensors directly.

Wireless and remote connectivity can be expanded via an M.2 2230 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, an M.2 3052 B-Key slot for 4G/5G modules and an integrated SIM card slot.

Designed for challenging conditions, it supports a wide 9–36 VDC power input with built-in protection circuitry. The fanless chassis operates across a -25 to 60°C temperature range and delivers 3G_rms vibration resistance alongside 50G shock protection. It includes a wall mount as standard, with an optional DIN rail kit available for control cabinet integration.
