WIKA acquires Euromisure
With the acquisition of Euromisure, WIKA intends to complete its product portfolio of mechanical components for the process engineering industry.
The Euromisure product range includes primary flow elements such as orifice plates, venturi tubes and flow nozzles as well as temperature probes. The calculation, sizing, design and construction are fully implemented within the company in accordance with international standards such as ISO, ASME, DIN and BS. The components offered by Euromisure are mainly geared to applications in the chemical and petrochemical, energy, and oil and gas industries.
Eurosistemi, a subsidiary of Euromisure, designs and manufactures sampling and analysis systems for water and steam, primarily intended for the energy sector.
Both companies will be integrated into the WIKA Group and will contribute to the strengthening of WIKA’s position in the process industry and contractor business.
