Pro-face joins the family of Schneider Electric brands
Pro-face, a Japanese manufacturer of HMI and industrial personal computer technology, is becoming Pro-face by Schneider Electric.
Pro-face by Schneider Electric will keep and develop its ‘HMI Specialist model’ as the premium HMI brand within Schneider Electric. It will offer premium customer services throughout the product life cycle, such as hardware customisation, repair services, software and application support, HMI-centric consulting with wide connectivity to third-party devices, and training as well as innovative features.
“For Pro-face customers, our partnership will continue uninterrupted and our products and solutions will remain unchanged,” Philippe Rambach, vice president Pacific Hub said.
“Also, in the future, we will be able to deliver new enhancements and offerings made possible through synergies and collective strengths. We will also have a stronger platform for investment in innovation which will provide Pro-face by Schneider Electric customers with new business opportunities.”
