NHP wins Rockwell award for best distributor in services
NHP Electrical Engineering Products has announced it has been awarded the Rockwell Automation annual award for ‘Best Distributor - Services/ARR’ for the Asia–Pacific region at Rockwell’s annual Partner Network Conference.
“This is a massive recognition of the NHP Services and Solutions team and their capabilities in providing our customers an exceptional 24/7 customer experience,” said Chief Marketing Officer Geoff Thorp. “Having built our services organisation over recent years, we’re thrilled that in such a short time frame we have demonstrated the expertise and excellence in service to be acknowledged in this way.”
NHP is the sole distributor of Rockwell Automation’s range of products — including brands such as Allen-Bradley, CUBIC and nVent Hoffman — throughout the South Pacific.
“Since NHP became the first Authorised Service Provider for Rockwell Automation outside of the USA, NHP’s network of field service technicians, application engineers and technical specialists have been able to take our expertise from the major cities to the most remote parts of Australia and New Zealand.
