NHP and Alstom Grid sign distribution agreement
Towards the end of 2013, NHP and Alstom Grid entered into what was to be the beginning of a supply partnership that was designed to jointly service the Pacific region with market-leading substation automation products and systems.
The two companies have now signed a distribution agreement at NHP’s head offices in Melbourne.
“The distribution agreement signing has, in a sense, marked the marriage of Alstom and NHP’s already strong partnership in substation automation solutions since 2013,” said NHP Projects & Service Manager Vince Grillinzoni. “It is an exciting milestone and we’re looking forward to the greater opportunities this will bring both companies.”
Along with Grillinzoni, Alvin Chin – EAP Regional Managing Director, Substation Automation Solutions – Alstom Grid, was also looking forward to the opportunities the partnership will provide customers in the Pacific region.
“NHP is a local leader of medium-voltage and low-voltage equipment in the Pacific region. Alstom Grid is one of the global leaders in the domain of substation automation technology. The partnership will allow both companies to combine skills and know-how to bring our customers an enhanced offering. The innovative solutions will also allow generation of new business opportunities for NHP and Alstom Grid,” said Chin.
