New president of Honeywell Process Solutions announced
Vimal Kapur has been announced as the new president of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS).
With almost 30 years’ experience in the process automation industry - 25 of which have been spent with Honeywell - Kapur comes to the role from the position of vice president/general manager of HPS’s Advanced Solutions line of business.
Kapur has held a number of key strategic business positions within Honeywell, including vice president of global marketing and strategy for HPS and managing director for Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL).
Kapur graduated from Thapar Institute of Engineering in Patiala, India, as an electronics engineer with a specialisation in instrumentation. He is Six Sigma certified for DMAIC and Growth. He will be located in Houston, Texas.
