Dassault Systèmes acquires Quintiq
Dassault Systèmes has completed its €250 million acquisition of Quintiq, a provider of on-premise and on-cloud supply chain and operations planning and optimisation software.
Quintiq employs 800 staff and its solutions are currently used by 250 customers, at 1000 sites, in more than 90 countries.
Dassault Systèmes’ products include 3D design software, 3D digital mock-up and product life cycle management solutions. The acquisition will add the new product line of operations planning and optimisation, and provide new reach into industries such as metals, mining, oil and gas, rail, delivery and freight.
