ABB robotics services now available in South East Queensland
ABB has announced that its robot services are now available in South East Queensland.
“Robots these days are sophisticated and extremely capable,” said Peter Katsos, ABB Customer Service Manager for Robotics in Australia. “The main focus from an Australian robotics service perspective will be understanding the demands faced by Queensland-based companies and helping them overcome those demands to keep their robots in peak performance.”
Support for Queensland businesses will include a dedicated robotics service engineer based permanently in Brisbane. In addition, ABB’s Australia Support Line (1800 222 435) will continue to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing customers to talk with a robotics service engineer, gain rapid phone assistance or arrange a site service visit.
