The UltraClean tank machine provides a highly reliable, cleaning fluid-operated tank cleaning device which can be used very economically when compared to manual cleaning procedures for tankers, railway wagons, reactors, food process and pharmaceutical tanks, blenders and storage tanks including Clean-In-Place (CIP) applications.

The UltraClean tank machine is light in weight (6.8 kg), very compact, and can be introduced in vessels and tanks with openings as narrow as 152 mm in diameter.

The tank machine is constructed almost entirely out of 316 stainless steel and its wetted parts are suitable for food-grade materials.

Essentially, the UltraClean tank machine comprises of a central body housing an impeller, actuated by the cleaning fluid, which drives a planetary gear box that in turn performs two important functions: that of gradually rotating the body and, via a bevel gear box, rotating the twin-jet assembly thus providing complete tank surface coverage.

The vessel or tank to be cleaned has its surface criss-crossed by powerful jets which provide intense cleaning. It is available in four basic variations permitting fluid flow rates from 60 to 492 L/min (pressures from 2 to 12 bar), cleaning diameters from 4 to 26 m, and cycle times from 6 to 42 min.
