The Lightjet Vector is a laser coder with a nominal power of 100 W and a peak power of 200 W. Its mirror-deflected laser beam system codes at speeds of up to 300 m per minute or up to 1000 characters per second.

The message is not printed along a number of lines, but in a window space of 105 x 105 mm, providing up to 30 lines of text or graphics. The use of vectorial fonts and the small diameter of the laser beam (280 µm) ensures good quality, no matter how large or small the message. Even messages perpendicular to the product motion are possible.

For all alphanumeric messages including barcodes, bi-dimensional codes and logos, the laser coder gives indelible and clean coding even on difficult to mark surfaces.

It can be integrated onto production lines due to its articulated arm with six joints (7 available on option) and can be extended to reach 1.2 m.
