The D-LE 603 UI is a flame sensor which combines a UV and IR flame sensor in one enclosure. In combination with the range selection the flame sensor works either on UV only, or IR only or on UV and IR in combination.

In this case the output signals of the UV and of the IR channel are added together. The D-LE 603 UI Flame Sensor has been designed especially to meet the requirements for flame sensors of dual fuel, eg, gas and oil or gas and coal, fired burners or furnaces.

Typical applications for the D-LE 603 UI Flame Sensor range from large power plants to small remote heating systems, from chemical plants to thermal waste incinerators. In combination with the D-UG 660 Control Unit this flame sensor is able to monitor flames of a variety of fuels and combustion processes in single or multiple-burner furnaces.
