Cincom Systems has marked the occasion of its 35th birthday with the signing of two new Australian customers. From humble beginnings in the basement of company founder Tom Nies, and an investment of just US$600, business software specialist Cincom has grown into a global undertaking providing customers including Citibank, Ericsson and Trane with software for customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), data access and integration technology, IT outsourcing services and more.

The two new customers are: Stainless Metal Craft in Sydney, which fabricates stainless steel products for use in building, plumbing, food, pharmaceutical and allied trades industries; and Mills Display in Melbourne, a leading manufacturer of display and point-of-sale materials. They augment an ANZ customer list that includes Australian Defence Industries, Australian Submarine Corp, Goodrich, Thales Underwater Systems, Alcatel, Westpac, Zurich, QBE, Norwich Union, Lumley Insurance, Munich Reinsurance and Royal & Sun Alliance.
