PowerEye is Camfil’s predictive analytics engine, designed to help power producers better understand how environmental conditions, changing weather patterns and filtration performance affect the health and efficiency of gas turbines. PowerEye is designed to transform operational data into actionable intelligence, giving operators the visibility needed to make informed decisions that improve power output, optimise maintenance strategies and increase profitability across their fleet.

Available through an annual subscription with multiple service levels, PowerEye combines data from three key sources: a proprietary Camfil Air Monitoring Station, facility site historian data and online weather services. The Air Monitoring Station continuously measures temperature, humidity, pressure and dust concentration, while engine performance information is collected from site historian systems. The data is securely transmitted to the central PowerEye server, where it is analysed using Camfil’s filtration database and predictive analytics engine.

By evaluating the impact of ambient conditions and inlet filtration on combustion turbine performance, PowerEye provides insights that help operators maximise asset reliability and efficiency. Users receive proactive support from a dedicated team of filtration specialists that provides performance analysis, power output predictions, pressure drop trends, filter life forecasts and filter change recommendations. The system can also identify optimal offline water wash schedules, helping facilities maintain peak turbine performance while reducing unnecessary maintenance costs.

For organisations managing multiple sites, PowerEye provides a fleet-wide view of asset performance across different environmental conditions, accessible through email reports and a web-based dashboard.
