Pilz PSENmgate compact safety gate system

PSENmgate is an integrated system for safety gate monitoring that builds on the reliability of the PSENsgate. It combines the PSENmlock safety locking device with the PITgatebox pushbutton unit, all in a single, compact unit.

With a wide range of control elements — such as pushbuttons, key switches, illuminated pushbuttons, section stop, E-STOP and escape release — PSENmgate is designed to offer a flexible and user-friendly solution for safeguarding access to hazardous areas.

To support a broader range of applications, PSENmgate now includes several key enhancements to offer greater flexibility for its users.

In addition to the existing versions with cable entry from the bottom, PSENmgate is now also available with cable entry from the top. This provides more flexibility during installation, especially in space-constrained or customised layouts. The PSENmgate range has also been expanded with a long version. This version includes an E-STOP and four pushbuttons, making it suitable for applications that require more control functions directly at the gate without the need for additional control panels.

Additionally, Pilz is introducing accessories specifically designed for PSENmgate swing gate applications, including redesigned mounting brackets and ergonomic door handles. These accessories are engineered to maintain high safety standards while ensuring ease of use and installation.
